Carolina Hurricanes Record Night in Win over Rangers 5-3

Posted by admin in Carolina Hurricanes Commentary

Congrats to the Hurricanes for setting franchise records last night in the win over the Rangers.

Franchise Records Set:

Wins: 44 and their

Points: 94

There are still 17 games left in the regular season so 34 more potential points are available.

The Hurricanes are 5-1-2 since the Olympic Break.

Speaking of Potential the new/old players are starting to click with each other.
Doug Weight showed why he was brought in to the Carolina Hurricanes with is 2 goals and assist last night against the Rangers.

Cullen scored his 22nd, Commodore was impressive on defense as usual and scored a goal to complete his game.  Gerber was TALL in net stopping some big chances for New York.

It was fitting to See Ozolinsh  just kinda give up and let that Stillman Open net shot go in at the end.  Oz is another loser that we had on the team in the past.  As soon as I saw him in front of the net I knew he wouldn’t put any extra effort to stop it, he can’t even keep out of rehab long.
Another great performance from this Stanley Cup bound Carolina Hurricanes.
