He'd have contributed more if he had played both ends of the ice and didn't just stand around waiting for someone else to set him up for a scoring chance. And maybe if he'd made more than a halfassed swipe at the errant pass in the OT, the Canes might have been skating the puck in front of 19,000 screaming fans instead of maybe - I repeat maybe, in front of a handful of Edmontonians who were waiting for the beer buzz to wear off before heading home.
